We work together with our clients – a partnership built on trust and flexibility, to deliver effective solutions, when they need it. We are looking for a client manager to help build these relationships and contribute to the growth of our agency.
What we expect you to bring to the role
Client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships and deliver effective services and solutions
Business development
Identify opportunities that benefit the client and drive business growth
Strategy and solutions
Engage with clients to understand their business challenges. Provide strategy and solutions to address their challenges and enhance their business
Effective team player
Work closely with your project teams to align goals with client expectations
Oversee delivery
Manage the execution of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
The role is for our Tokyo office, with fluency required in either English or Japanese, preferably in both. You will have had 5+ years of client management experience in the Japanese marketplace, ideally experience within a design agency or similar.
